PROSCIUTTO TASTING SERIES!

We have scheduled a series of prosciutto tastings around Portland this summer, starting July 30th, at Foster & Dobbs (2518 NE 15th Ave). Please come and share some of our
18-month hazelnut-finished prosciutto, and learn about the exciting plans we have for opening a retail shop!

•  Sept 15, Park Kitchen (422 SW 8th Ave) 5-7 pm

Help us open a Shop via Kickstarter!

Establishing a retail shop is a significant undertaking. We’re hoping that our supporters will help us make this critical interim step towards our ultimate goal of commercially producing our Northwest prosciutto. Kickstarter is a micro-financing platform, where individuals can pledge small contributions towards the project—small contributions that will add up to a major boost to making our shop a reality. Pledges are not charged until our goal is met by October 15.
