Sugar-Free Applewood Smoked Bacon
Our applewood smoked bacon is a whole belly dry-cured without any sweetener, only kosher salt, spices and sodium nitrite. It is smoked over applewood before aging 1-3 weeks to remove water weight and concentrate flavor. A touch saltier than our standard formulation.
Vacuum-packed in bags of 8 slices averaging 3/4lb each. Sold in units of 3 packages.
